Built for the organisations getting AI right.

OramisAI was founded by a team with deep experience in enterprise technology, AI implementation, and organisational risk. We saw the same governance gap forming across every sector and built the layer that should have existed from the start.

Make enterprise AI adoption safe, accountable, and auditable.

Teams across every sector are adopting AI faster than their organisations can govern it. The tools exist. The policies rarely keep up. The audit trail almost never exists.

We believe that AI adoption and AI governance should not be in tension. With the right control layer, organisations can move quickly and remain accountable.

OramisAI is that layer, deployed in your environment, invisible to your teams, and fully transparent to your administrators.

Built by people who have done this before.

OramisAI was not conceived in a meeting room. It was recognised in the field, by a team that has been building and operating enterprise technology since the 1980s.

Four decades of hands-on delivery.

Our founder started his first technology business before finishing school and sold it shortly after. What followed was decades of work across almost every industry, at every scale, in markets around the world. We have consulted, designed, built, and delivered technology solutions for small businesses, large enterprises, and local, state, and federal governments across Australia, Singapore, the United States, and the Middle East.

Our work has spanned cybersecurity, IoT, mobile security and device management, automation, AI, software engineering, robotics, and data and analytics. Some of what we have shipped is used by people around the world every day. We are not a household name and we are comfortable with that. The results speak to the organisations we have served.

We have had the privilege of working alongside some of the most respected names in the industry, often at their invitation, to develop and deploy solutions at scale. That depth of experience is what gives us confidence in both the problem OramisAI solves and the way we have chosen to solve it.

Experience
Hands-on technology delivery across almost every major industry sector, at every scale, from startup to global enterprise.
Geography
Enterprise and government deployments across Australia, Singapore, USA, and the Middle East, from local councils to federal agencies.
Domain breadth
Cyber, IoT, MDM, AI, robotics, analytics, and communications. Delivered in production environments, not proof of concepts.
Horizon thinking
We have consistently identified emerging technology shifts early and helped organisations move ahead of them, not catch up to them.

We have seen this pattern before.

Every major platform shift produces the same sequence: rapid adoption, a widening governance gap, and then a scramble to close it. We have been close enough to each of these moments to understand what the gap looks like before most organisations recognise it. That experience is what shaped OramisAI.

Late 90s
The Internet
Web access outpaced policy. Organisations had no visibility into what their people were doing, sharing, or exposing online.
Mid 2000s
Shadow SaaS
Staff began purchasing and deploying software independently. IT lost sight of what was running inside the organisation.
Early 2010s
Consumer Devices in the Enterprise
The shift away from managed handsets to personal smartphones created an entirely new device governance problem.
Mid 2010s
BYOD and Remote Work
Personal devices on corporate networks, then entire workforces operating outside the perimeter. Security and policy struggled to keep pace.
Now
AI in Every Workflow
Every employee has access to a capable AI model. Most organisations have no policy, no audit trail, and no visibility into how it is being used.

We began building OramisAI as AI adoption was accelerating and the governance gap was becoming visible to us in the work we were doing with clients. The scale of this shift is larger than anything before it, because the tool is already in everyone's hands. Organisations do not need to buy or deploy AI for it to be in use across their teams. The challenge is not adoption. The challenge is accountability, consistency, and control. That is what OramisAI is built to provide.

A few things we believe deeply.

Governance should be invisible to users

If compliance tooling gets in the way, people route around it. OramisAI operates silently for compliant users and only surfaces when something genuinely needs attention.

Accountability requires an audit trail

You cannot govern what you cannot see. Every interaction, decision, and override needs to be recorded. No exceptions.

Enterprise software should stay in your environment

We do not believe organisations should send sensitive prompts to third-party platforms to get governance. The control layer belongs inside your infrastructure.

AI adoption and governance are not in conflict

The goal is not to slow AI adoption. It is to make it sustainable, defensible, and safe. Governance done right enables more AI use, not less.
